Shipping Guidelines
Everything you need to know about receiving your research compounds from Anubis Bioscience, including free Australia-wide delivery, packaging standards and delivery timeframes.
Delivery Information
Free Australia-Wide Shipping
Every order placed through Anubis Bioscience ships free of charge across Australia. There are no minimum order thresholds, regional surcharges or hidden handling fees. The price you see at checkout is the total price you pay.
Order Processing
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days from the time of purchase. During busy periods or public holidays, processing may extend slightly. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Secure Research Packaging
Research compounds are packaged in tamper-evident, light-resistant and temperature-stable materials designed to protect product integrity during transit. Vials are cushioned and sealed to minimise movement, and outer packaging is discreet and unmarked.
Delivery Timeframes
Metropolitan deliveries usually arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Regional and remote areas may take longer depending on local courier schedules. Timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to keep you informed if delays occur.
Address Requirements
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including a unit or suite number, business name, and correct postcode. Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes in some instances. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking details are provided where the courier service supports it. You can use the tracking link in your dispatch email to monitor progress. If tracking is not available for a particular shipment, we will still confirm dispatch via email.
Delivery Instructions
If you have specific delivery instructions, such as leaving the parcel in a secure location or authorising safe drop, please include these details at checkout. Once an order is with the courier, we cannot change the delivery address or instructions.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or if it has not been delivered within a reasonable timeframe after the expected date, contact us at anubisbioscience@outlook.com.au. We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue, including arranging a replacement where appropriate.
International Shipping
At this time, Anubis Bioscience ships within Australia only. International shipping is not available. Any future changes to our shipping regions will be announced on this page.
